Product Care?

All KAIKU products ship with care and maintenance instructions. Currently the ZEN WAGON is the only KAIKU product recommended for extended outdoor use. Avoid leaving KAIKU products outside in damp weather. KAIKU products are meant to be used! Wear & tear is inevitable and some amount of dings, bumps and dents add character and will only enhance your timeless experience.


Expedited shipping is available as an option upon check out. Our standard shipping is ground and typically takes 7 – 10 days depending on where you live. You will receive an email confirmation once the order is shipped. Most items are shipped via Fed Ex or UPS small package. Please note orders may ship items seperately.


Prior to signing for delivery, be sure to inspect the packaging for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. If there is visible damage to the items (some wear to the outer packaging is normal), refuse delivery of the order and contact us. Don't hesitate to call us at (800) 960-8851 with any questions you may have.


As a new member of the KAIKU family we will support your purchase. If you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect we will gladly accept that product for an exchange within 14 days of receipt. To avoid a restocking fee, all returned merchandise must be complete, in new condition, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Please call us at (800) 960-8851 for return approval and instructions prior to returning any merchandise. Do not send merchandise to our corporate address. We will provide you with a return address upon return approval.


Our own children use Kaiku products on a daily basis. We’ve gone out of our way to meet and in some instances exceed applicable ASTM and CPSC (CPSIA) requirements. All of our products utilize water based solvents, paints and laquers and we’ve achieved European E-1 distinction for component air quality. Contact for more details.

You must read and agree to this Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") if you are a User of KAIKU’s website, located at the URL (the "Site").


The Site is owned and operated by KAIKU DESIGN LLC, a California Corporation.


KAIKU provides the ability for you to place an order for products made available on its Site (“Products”). You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and credit card (or other applicable payment mechanism) at the prices for Products in effect when such charges are incurred. Verification of information applicable to an order may be required prior to our acceptance of any order. Price and availability of any Products are subject to change without notice, and our current prices can be found on the Site.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices do not include taxes, customs and excise duties that may be added by the order destination country, if the destination is outside the United States. Delivery charges are not included in the price, and will be added to your order during the checkout process. KAIKU may choose the carrier for shipping your order at its discretion. Any dates specified for delivery of any Products are intended to be an estimate only. All purchases are subject to availability.

Whether or not taxes are added to your order at checkout, you will be responsible for paying any applicable taxes relating to your order.

When you place an order, we will not charge you until we ship the items ordered. We reserve the right to ship partial orders, and the portion of any order that is partially shipped may be charged at the time of shipment. If the Product you ordered is not in stock, we will inform you of the backorder and ship the item when it becomes available or give you the opportunity to cancel the order. Title and risk of loss for Products purchased by you passes to you when we deliver the Products to our designated carrier for delivery.

KAIKU warrants that, within a fourteen (14) day period following delivery of the product, Products provided to you by KAIKU shall be free from defects in materials, design and workmanship. If a Product is found to be nonconforming (not free from defects in materials, design and workmanship) with this warranty within the fourteen (14) day period following delivery of the Product, then you shall have the right to return the Product for repair or replacement as set forth herein.


Products found to be nonconforming within the limited fourteen (14) day warranty may be returned.


If a KAIKU product was purchased from a reseller or retailer, then the nonconforming product must be returned to the reseller or retailer, subject to its applicable return policy.


If the KAIKU product was purchased directly from KAIKU, the nonconforming product may be returned in new, unused condition in its original packaging, postage prepaid, with proof of purchase and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returned pieces will be examined and items that do not meet KAIKU’s return qualification will be sent back at customer’s cost. Please allow 2 – 4 weeks for all returns/exchanges to be processed. All exchange and repair requests should be directed to the KAIKU Help Desk at (800) 960-8851 Mon-Fri from 9:00AM-5:00PM PST. No product returns will be accepted without first obtaining a RMA number from the KAIKU Help Desk.

KAIKU will repair or replace the product, at its option, and ship it back to you. Repair or replacement of the defective item is subject to verification of the nonconformity.

This limited product warranty does not cover 1) A defect that has been caused by repair or modification by any person other than a KAIKU technician, or 2) A defect caused by negligence, accident, or misuse of the product.

Repair or replacement, as set forth herein, are your sole and exclusive remedies for any breach of warranty.

In the event legal action is necessary to collect on balances due, you agree to reimburse us for all expenses incurred to recover sums due, including attorney fees and other legal expenses.


KAIKU is the owner and retains all proprietary rights to the Site and all associated copyrights, trademarks, brands, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights under law. You are permitted to use the Site and its content only as specifically authorized by KAIKU.

KAIKU‘s trademarks or service marks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not provided by KAIKU, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers of products available on the Site, tarnishes or dilutes the marks, or disparages or discredits KAIKU or the products available on the Site.
